What We Do
The Malverne Chamber of Commerce provides networking opportunities, business to business services and many other events and programs to create and stimulate business opportunities for Malverne businesses. The Chamber fosters a strong and vital business environment. We work together with our business leaders, community leaders, professional leaders, and our Elected Officials to continue to improve the quality of life for both our business community and our residents.
We are an organization of business people who help to advance the interests of the community. We’re business people in town that meets to determine and discuss the pressing issues that affect the community and help develop policies to promote a better business environment for Malverne businesses.
We create and promote events that drive people into local businesses. The Malverne Chamber of Commerce is here to help Malverne grow while keeping its small town charm. A strong downtown is vital to this goal.
Malverne Merchant and Professional Association is now the Malverne Chamber of Commerce.
For 100 years, the people of Malverne have been creating a beautiful community to live in. The merchant members have been there all along creating annual events that have become staples in our village such as the Easter Egg Hunt ( now the Bunny Hop), The Art Walk, Theater in the Park, the Fall Festival, Puppy Trot, Candy Crawl and our contributions to the Lighting of Malverne including a free movie sponsored by the Malverne Cinema. The Malverne Chamber of Commerce has transformed events in this time of COVID adding new outdoor family events throughout the year like Spring into Business with live music and vendors on Hempstead Ave.
The Malverne Chamber of Commerce is working hard to attract, support and promote business in good times and bad all while keeping Malverne’s small-town charm. In an era when people throughout our nation yearn for community, we are fortunate to live in Malverne. We love our village, and it shows.
