Why did you choose Malverne for your business?
After dissolving my past business in Manhattan I decided to work from Malverne to be home more, get to know my neighbors and become part of the business community here in my own town.
As you reflect on your time serving Malverne and the surrounding communities, what are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of the impact I’m having on the Malverne Chamber of Commerce and our local businesses. Rebranding the Chamber, and leading a team of board members who are committed to evolving the Chambers role in our community, helping small businesses and contributing with FREE events in town has been a very rewarding experience for me.
How have you benefited from being a member of the Malverne Chamber of Commerce?
Immeasurable! I’ve learned so much by being a trustee on the Chamber and now as the President of the Malverne Chamber of Commerce. It has enhanced my credibility as a small business owner and allowed me to learn from and contribute to other small businesses here in Malverne. It’s the best business decision I have made in years.

I created the first ultra fast close ad (digital ad) in magazine publishing history in 1988 for Bulova watches in Time magazine. I camped for 3 weeks in Alaska, climbed Machu Picchu in Peru and was on TV in Crete Greece. I love to play golf (although not very good) and art is my passion.
